3. Booking and Payments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or social media.

  • Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments such as Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for service.

  • Remove personal belongings before service begins.

  • Disclose any pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Tailored Autowerks is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

  • We take all necessary precautions to prevent damage, but we are not liable for unexpected incidents beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the safety of their vehicle during and after service.

7. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

  • No refunds will be issued once services have been completed.
